which nrf52840 HFXO current comsumption?

nRF52840_PS_v1.0.pdf  written,
(P.90)
5.4.4.2 64 MHz crystal oscillator (HFXO)
ISTART_X32M_X0 Epson TSX-3225 328uA
...
ISTART_X32M_X4 NDK NX1210AB   833uA

This meen that , when use TSX-3225 for 32MHz-clock, nRF52840 comsume 328uA?
and when use NX1210AB for 32MHz-clock, nRF52840 comsume 833uA?
So, difference is about 500uA?

Also, when use SMD2520(5.2 Current consumption example), how many comsume HFXO?

  • Hi,

    when use TSX-3225 for 32MHz-clock, nRF52840 comsume 328uA?

It's the average startup current for the crystal, it typically lasts for 1ms. Note that you can turn the crystal off when you don't need the HFCLK to use HFXO.

    So, difference is about 500uA?

Yes, the avg difference in startup current for these crystals is 500 µA, over ~1ms.

Also, when use SMD2520(5.2 Current consumption example), how many comsume HFXO?

It's not a specific crystal, it refers to a surface mounted crystal with size 2.5×2.0

I want to use RADIO-RX always. At that time, HFXO(use NX1210A) comsume 833uA always?

Following, How many HFXO current inside?
    5.2.1.5 Radio transmitting/receiving IRADIO_RX0  6.26mA
