What is your baud rate set to? Keep in mind that Zigbee uses a baud rate of 1 000 000, so if you've set it to 115 200 in your PuTTY terminal, please try increasing it and see if that helps.

we are using 115200 Sir

Did you try setting the baud rate in your PuTTY terminal to 1 000 000? If not, please do, and tell me what the result is.

Sir now error's are removed but it's not allow to enter the commands

What commands are you not able to enter, please post a screenshot of how your terminal looks now, as well as an explanation of what exactly is happening.
