Is there any practical BLE based product in which there are different types of data based on priority?

I am curious to know do we have any practical BLE based products such as Fitbit or heart rate monitor, in which there are different type of messages are sent from one end to another, having different priorities .

Your question isn't quite clear. The lower layers of the BLE protocol does not prioritize which data packets to send based on the content of the data.  I suggest that you read our guides on getting started with BLE here, and here.
