Switching to another Central?

I have a bluetooth hub (NRF51) as central and a wearable device (NRF51) as peripheral. What I need is that as soon as a smartphone enters the range the peripheral let's go of the hub and smartphone takes over the central role. Is this possible at all with any one of S110, S120 or S130?

    If the smart phone only can act as a central I believe the only option is to use the S130 in the hub. The hub can advertise while it keeps a connection with the wearable device. If it receives a connection request from the smart phone it disconnects from the wearable device. And then the smart phone can connect to the wearable device.

    If the smartphone can act as a peripheral you could use S130 in the wearable device, it can scan while it keeps a connection with the hub. If it finds an advertising smart phone it can keep both connections, or disconnect with the hub.

    If your hub only has one peripheral connected to it, you could use S110 in the hub and S130 in the wearable device. The wearable device can advertise while keeping a connection with the hub, and disconnect from it if it gets a connection request from a smart phone.
