Error: Flash Download failed - "Cortex-M4" at keil uvision5

Hello support Team,An unclear point came out when driving nRF52810 with Keil uVision5.
I have a soft device(S112) write error. Can you help me with the following information?

The "UART start" message will be printed out over the serial port, so you need to set up a serial client on your PC to see it.

Please refer to the "Testing" section in the example doc for more detailed instructions if you haven't done it already. The buttons are programmable. Click edit to add a button and a text string to be sent when the button is pressed. The text strings should be displayed in the serial client after its sent from the phone.

I proceeded with the procedure of "Testing", but "UART Start!" is not displayed in No.4.

Steps 5 and 6 can be connected without problems.
Nos. 7 and 8 will generate an error even if you set a character string and press the button.
Is it a problem on the terminal emulator side?

I also tried nRF connect.
Scanning and connection are possible. RSSI can also be confirmed.
It looks like it ’s in an advertise state.

Am I doing the wrong operation?

1: Select Nordic_UART from CONNECT in UART mode
2: Open the Configure button from the Edit button
3: In the string input area Enter "30 ... 39", set icon and close
4: When the set button is pressed, UART RX Characteristic not found is displayed

I suggest that you try the nRF connect app, click the connect button, swipe left and see if the NUS service is shown.

NUS is detected on the Services tab, but buttons that can be operated are not displayed.

Thanks for the screen dumps. There are no services listed in your attribute table so that explains why the toolbox app isn't working. The screenshot below shows what the attribute table is supposed to contain.

Have you made any changes to the original ble_app_uart example that you're testing with now? Also, have you tried rebooting the phone to ensure the attribute cache is cleared?

The original ble_app_uart example has not changed and does not reboot the phone.

Even if SDK_14.2.0 is downloaded and written again, the situation is the same.

Is there any other information I should give out?

Sorry, but I need to confirm: did you try to reboot your phone or not?  If you did, also make sure to the device is not in the "My device" list in the Bluetooth settings on iOS. If it is you need to remove it.

I rebooted the phone but the display did not change.
