Is there an Eagle design block for the WLCSP version of the 52832

I know the nRF52832-CIAA_Ref_Layout_v1.0 download has Altium Designer files for the various reference layouts for this chip, but I haven't got access to Altium, nor have I been able to find a way to convert the files without Altium. Does anyone have a link to Eagle compatible versions of the schematic and PCB layouts? I'm in school for ME so circuit design and ECAD are not my forte. Any help would be appreciated!

We don't have any eagle libraries in-house, but maybe someone knows about a public project that uses Eagle.
