            We need a SoC which can support the following features for our wearable product.

1) Battery Charging

2) I2C interface for sensor

3) GPS

4)  BLE

Hi. 

Overall for your requirements I would suggest one of the SoC's in the nRF52-series. I suggest you take a closer look at the specifications for each one to determine what suits your application best. 

1. What do you mean by battery charging, and what are your requirements here?

3. We don't have support for GPS, so you'll need to implement a way to communicate with a GPS module.
