Bus fault encountered when flashing the UDP_with_PSM sample

Hello,

I'm working in NB-IoT and I've been trying to flash the UDP_with_PSM sample (https://github.com/Rallare/fw-nrfconnect-nrf/tree/nrf9160_samples/samples/nrf9160/udp_with_psm) on to my nRF9160DK but I get an error. The LTE monitor states that it is a BUS FAULT that stops the execution of the UDP_with_PSM sample. The precise details of the error can be seen below.

When debugging the sample application in SES, I see the following problem:

After "Go"

Any idea what might be causing this problem? Your help in this matter is highly appreciated.

Best Regards,

Shahmeer.

  • Hey Hakon,

As you suggested, I erased the flash using the nRF Connect v3.2.0 Programmer,

I then reprogrammed the udp_with_psm sample using SES v4.20a (Nordic Edition),

Verified with the Programmer to see there are no overlaps,

Yet the original issue still persists,

If there is no overlap with any previous HEX file then why is the UDP with PSM application still crashing? The SES still states that a Bus Fault has occured.

    Regards,

    Shahmeer
