nrf52832 getting error 4 while creating custom characteristics

I'm using nrf52832 DK and SDK V 15.3 and SoftDevice S132 . I have created a custom services with 5 characteristics. So i want to get maximum throughput so i increased MTU packet size. But when i set to 100 size sd_ble_gatts_characteristic_add function returning error 4 and some custom characteristic is missing in nrfConnect.

Hi,

Error 4 means NRF_ERROR_NO_MEM, you probably get this because you are exceeding the default GATT table size set in the sdk_config.h file, and haven't allocated enough RAM. Have a look at this thread, there is a detailed explanation on how to fix this issue.
