The link says Note: You can run this example on nRF52833 with the S140 SoftDevice.  Is nRF52833  with nRF52 DK available?

Don't mind the note, this can run on the nRF52832 (nRF52-DK). 

The note is misplaced, it should say "This example can also run on nRF52833 with the S140 SoftDevice."
