Could Nordic change the point of view about user experience please

I really like your products since nRF51 but I noticed the same experience issues every time.

I tried your nRF9160 DK with the new SDK and I’m very disappointed. You made an application to help customers (nice idea) but at every step, there is a trap that you must dig into forums to fix it.

Example: opening a project with _ns or not extension. The default one (without _ns) will fail, you know that 99 % of the users will go into the trap with an incomprehensible error message and the help application does not give any warning about this. Please make your mind in the user angle.

Your SDK is a symptom. Every time I use the last version, there are problems and the support response is use the old one but I will not start a new project with a too old version and have to change it too much in a short time (look how AWS FOTA changed), I was very tired to follow nRF5 SDK interfaces and sometime I need your last functionalities. I understand that the last version may have some bugs but, in this case, it just cannot be open with Embedded Studio like if it was never tested once and it's unacceptable.

One thing that I wold find useful, is a docker image where everything builds. You could use it as part of your QA process, we could use it as a starting point.

I find this SDK is really hard to control.
