nRF9160 PSM on boot until a button is pressed

Hello,

I want that nRF9160 goes into PSM on boot until a button is pressed, do someone have a good link about PSM please ?

How can I do a software reset with a clean lte-m disconnection ? I found sys_reboot(SYS_REBOOT_COLD) but I'm not sure that the network will appreciate.

 If you want to know how to set the modem in PSM you can look at this example

I found sys_reboot(SYS_REBOOT_COLD) but I'm not sure that the network will appreciate.

 Run CFUN=4 to disconnect from the network first if you're not sure the network can handle an immediate reset.

 PSM is a low power mode, but if you want even lower power consumption you could put the chip in system off mode. Here's a code example.
