DFU TEST with buttonless ble_uart_example

Hello,

i follow this example "https://rigado.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025376053-Add-Nordic-DFU-to-a-SDK-Example" to change ble_uart_example (enter new library, configuration and DFU code into the main) and and when i reach to test DFU with the new application. This latter doesn't start adversting and the LED1 doesn't blink.

can any one help me.
