DFU buttonless with nRF52832 board

Hello expert,

I follow the steps with this tutoriel "https://rigado.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025376053-Add-Nordic-DFU-to-a-SDK-Example".

I reach to the DFU buttonless part and when i start a DFU TEST through programming the device with the merged hex file (Secure Bootloader hex file  + Bootloader setting hex file + new application with DFU code hex file + softdevice hex file), the Board still stuck  in the bootloader mode and the application doesn't start advertising and blink LED1 as before.

Can any one give me a possible solution for this issue??
