Can freertos and fds be used simultaneously? 

when both, the fds write fail. why ?

Yes, this is possible. The ble_app_hrs example in the SDK uses both freeRTOS and the peer manager ( which again uses FDS). What do you mean by fds write fail? Which function fails, and what error code is returned by it?
