LED 3 not blinking : Asset Tracking application

I am trying to the asset tracking application on nRF9160DK and following the steps mentioned in https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/nordic/cellular-iot-guides/b/getting-started-cellular/posts/getting-started-with-nrf9160-dk. I am stuck  in Connecting DK to nRF Cloud step. I was able to register the sim and the LTE- Device but as mentioned in  

but on my DK, LED 3 is not blinking at all. Also, when I try to reset the DK I see this this on the LTE- Monitor:

Can you please load the AT client sample and give me the output from LTE Link monitor?

I am able to see the serving station location.

What modem version are you running on your board? Have you updated to the latest?

Ok, please focus on that support case to get your board updated. I believe that will fix your issue in this support case.

 I am working on that. The LEDs were working fine when I connected the device for the first time. My programmer was not able to update and checked the forums for the solution. One of the forums directed me to "erase all " from the programmer app. After I did "erase all", my LEDs stopped working and I still not able to update the firmware. Anyway, I will get back to you once I am able to update my firmware to the latest version. Thanks.
