Hi, I'm testing a BLED112 USB Dongle from Bluegiga (www.bluegiga.com/.../).
I have not been able to use see the Nordic Board advertising. Currently testing ble_app_proximity, supplied with your SDK.
- I have confirmed my Nordic board is broadcasting, I can see the service in both the Master Control Panel and using 3th party software in iPhone.
- I can't see the service running using software from bluegiga nor a 3th party python implementation. However other BLE devices are found using this software, including services I broadcast using a iPhone.
As I understand from searching this knowledge base that the provided dongle is evaluation only, however we are not planning this USB in a production release, just for unit testing so maybe it will be acceptable if possible to write these tests using the Nordic dongle.
Has anyone used the Nordic board with the BLED112 USB? Any ideas if I need to change any advertisement parameters so that the device will be discoverable?
