Release date of Bluetooth 5.1 devices for evaluation and direction finding

I am preparing for Bluetooth 5.1 environment to develop a solution and I need the device for testing. When it will become available?

On our product overview, there are currently two devices who support Bluetooth 5.1: nRF52811 (fully available) and nRF52833 (samples available). Further information and question about the pricing and availability of these devices can be directed to your local RSM.

Yes, I do need these devices and the SDK for testing.  I am a researcher at Tianjin University, China under professor Chung-Ming Own. If I can have your help during this investigation I can help to promote the technology on the university for investigation and further feedback.
