CAn't connect to LTE/NBIOT network in Vietnam

I try to connect NRF9160 dev kit to LTE/NBIOT. But device cannot connect to the LTE/NBIOT network. I am using the at_client example with nRFconnect v3.3.0 LTE link monitor, and the device is always searching, but cannot find the network. I live in VietNam
