Can Anyone help me with an nRF52DK simple dev ?

Hi Guys, trying since some weeks to develop an "simple" Gap advertising with only 2 "service Data" ( battery level and an ID of 4 bytes with an uuid of 128bits with Mbed online ide, but I'm very, very new in C++

Did someone has this or a part of it or can make it for me ( free or not )?

More comfortable with Python langage, I've already do it with Zerynth middelware.
