MDK 5 can not found nRF device

please, help me ㅠ_ㅠ it mades me crazy

My PC is Windows 8.1 & 64 bit. I try to install / repair / change SDK (6.1.0 version, 6.0.0 version, 4.4.1 version), but my PC shows me messages like those. (I try to follow solutions; devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../ But it doesn't help me.) Because of those messages, I cannot compile .uvproj what I programmed. Also I install mdkcm513. But I think it doesn't work.

Since you have Keil 5.13 installed the recommendation is to download the pack installer for Keil. Download "nRF51_SDK_7.2.0_cf547b5_packs.zip" from developer.nordicsemi.com/

With the pack structure you should have the chip definitions in place and be able to compile your examples.
