Custom board not getting detected in nrfgo studio

Hello,

We have a custom board using nrf51822.

In keil the board is detecting at 20khz clock for SW port in the debug window, we are able to program through keil.

We are using j-link EDU

But, when it comes to nrfgo studio - Board is not getting detected.

What could be the reason - nrfgo studio is not detecting the board.

How to make it work?

what are the things we have to verify to proceed further.

note: I have seen so many questions on the same topic, tried everything no result!

What happens if you push the recover-button that you see in nRFgo studio? Does anything change then or does it stay the same? May I ask you to try out the nrfjprog tool available by default here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Nordic Semiconductor\nrf51\bin You can run this from command window. Are you able to program the chip through nrfjprog or do you see the same issue?
