nRFGo issues with nRF52840(Rigado BMD340) Eval Kit

I have a BMD-340 eval kit (uses nRF52840) as does my contracted developer who has sent me a hex file to program into my board. I have installed The Segger Embedded Studio, JLink Software & Documentation Pack, nRF Connect for Desktop, the nRFGo Studio, and the nRF Commend line tools. When I run nRFGo I first get an error message about not finding 'ordinal 2578 in LIBEAY32.dll', then after clicking [Ok] and nRFGo runs it does not see my eval board (Segger 682506680) and I have an error message in the bottom window of nRFGo stating that nrfjprog.dll was not found even though it is installed and I found it on my drive. I am running Win7Pro 64 if that makes any difference.

Thanks to anyone who can help!
