Private ticket

WHAT is missing from my profile which prevents me from opening a private ticket?

The location?  when I type it in, your profile doesn't save it (it just ignores it).

sorry for the extreme delay. No excuses, you fell between the cracks.
To enable private tickets, your user profile must be complete.
I added california to your location, and clicked the "save profile" button - yhis is the way to do it.
