nRF Cloud User account creation Issue

I am not able to create my new User account in nRF Cloud and I can not test my Thingy 91. I tried Google Chrome and IE  but both Browsers did not work. I tried my iPhone Safari - same results. I did all correct steps and received verification code by email but when I try to login the process fails with no error. If I try to log in with my DevZone credentials then I get the same results

I'm sorry, but I am not able to reproduce the issue here. Have you tried with CTRL+F5? What happens after it fails? Does anything show in the address bar?

After login the system stays in the login page indefinitely. If I try login with DevZone option I get back to the main page with no error messages and have this long string in the URL. I could give you my credentials to try login on my behalf but you have closed my private support case.
I need to gain access to the nRFCloud as soon as possible. I planned to take the Thingy 91 with me on a trip this weekend and I have to configure it. Without the nRFCloud account access I cannot activate the SIM and see the data. Please let me know how you can help and what I can do to get this moving. Thanks!

Remove everything in the address bar after nrfcloud.com/ and see if this helps.

I tried to log in today and it worked.
Your nrfcloud team has fixed the problem.
Now I have other problems which I will have to open new tickets for.
