nRF51822-Beacon / PCA20006 and ANT softdevice

Question

Hi,
Have some nRF51822-beacon's rev 1.1 that would fit perfect for some tests and proof of concept with an ANT application. 
 As I understand the 51422 and 51822 are the same "hardware", would it be possible to use softdevice S210 or S310 with any "workaround or hack" just for the testing and proof of concept?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. 
 You are correct in regards to the hardware, but the cost of nRF51422 is a but higher. This is because you are paying to use the ANT stack, developed by Dynastream. 
 Our newest kit, nRF51 DK comes with the nRF51422 chip. It can be used with all our stacks. Please see this for more information.
