Can someone explain me, how to configure led_softblink module for getting just LED light without blink?

I just setting next one:

And got almost led light, but with little blink. Can someone help me to know is it real?

Took a quick look at the code. I haven't tested it, but I think setting duty_cycle_min = 0xF, and duty_cycle_step = 0x10 should result in the LED always being on.

So, It jsut needs to set: 
.duty_cycle_max = 0xFF,
.duty_cycle_min = 00xFF - 1,
.duty_cycle_step = 1
Clear logic here, but in runtime I don't know to to do this by current library functionality
