The health state (RSSI of a node) is not send after power of node

Hi every one, I am running light switch example  (using SDK 15.2 and SDK for Mesh version 3.1.0). The problem is: My provisioner node cannot Receive RSSI message of a node (I call node A) in HEALTH_CLIENT_EVT_TYPE_CURRENT_STATUS_RECEIVED of app_health_event_cb( ) function after I turn off power of node A and then turn it on again.

I want my provisioner can receive RSSI message again.

Can someone please help me to fix that.

Hi. 

Are you able to receive the RSSI before the power cycle?

Is it only the RSSI that you are missing after the power cycle, or are you not able to receive any messages?
