Questions about nRF52840 dongle usb speed

Is it possible to achieve 2Mbps real speed when sending 2Mbs of data in BLE.50?

It supports USB 2.0 H / W, but the actual speed is full speed.
Is high speed possible with software modifications?

I don't understand your question. Can you please elaborate?

The nRF52840 implements 12Mbps full-speed.
