nRF52 RSSI Measurement Bandwidth

Is the nRF52 RSSI block of the RADIO module based on the entire 2.4GHz ISM band, or can it be configured to only measure a given 1-2MHz band of interest? According to the datasheet block diagram, it appears that the RSSI module does not receive any filtering of the antenna signal.  (Image source: https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp?topic=%2Fps_nrf52840%2Fradio.html&cp=4_0_0_5_19_7)

If it's over the entire 2.4GHz band, then won't it be potentially picking up Wi-Fi and Bluetooth signals that are not of interest?  (Image source: www.element14.com/.../bluetooth-low-energy)

----

Just to give the motivation behind this, I want to be able to probe individual 2.4GHz channel interference so I can use my own "channel selection algorithm" with ESB.
