Hi Giovanni, Any antenna that support 2.4GHz and 50Ohm impedance should work. I would suggest to follow the antenna made for the nRF51 development kits for your design. You can also have a look at…

also, ST is not cheaper, cheaper would be discrete filter (LC). The use of balun make sense imho only in case you need to reduce space.
