Noise performance of ADC inside nRF52840?

I need to measure a load-cell bridge.   Although, I'm fairly certain I'd be better off with an external delta-sigma ADC with an internal amplifier  - I'd like to run through the numbers of the internal ADC of the nRF52840.  However, I have not found ADC performance specifications in the nRF52840 Product Specification v1.1.  Perhaps there is another document?  

Some ADC specifications I'd like to know are:

Peak-to-peak noise

gain drift vs. temperature (in-amplifier)

Actually, in the Specification document under Electrical Specification (section 6.23.10), the Enob specification will do - this seems to show the effective bits for a given ADC setting (9 bits in this case).
