nRF52840 DK does not connect via USB

Once connected via a reliable USB cable to a computer, nRF52840 DK (Rigado BMD-340 evaluation kit) does not show up as a new device, both on Windows 10 and MAC OS Mojave

Hi,

I would recommend that you contact Rigado directly regarding issues with their evaluation kit (or rather U-blox, since they acquired Rigado's Bluetooth module business). 

If the board has previously worked with the same computers, I would recommend testing with other USB cables and different computers.
