Dropping cell connection on AT&T band 17 on Twilio Super SIM

We are having problems staying on AT&T's CAT-M network in the US using Twilio Super SIMs.  We are able to successfully stay connected with other roaming SIMs such as Hologram.

Can someone please look at the modem trace I've attached here and tell us what's going on?  We need to be able to tell Twilio something so that they can further investigate.

This is on a DK using mfw 1.1.0.

the modem trace you provided is empty. Please follow this procudure when performing modem trace.

Have you used release 1.0.0? And if yes, was this SIM card working with 1.0.0 release?

AT&T only supports Bands 2, 4 and 12 for Cat M.  We have seen our device connect to band 17 but it does not function properly.  Try using the band lock to only allow bands 2, 4, 12 and see if that helps.
