Do I need to adjust my firmware app region offsets after I begin using the bootloader?

It took a bit to learn these offsets and configure the keil project for them. Do these need to change now that I want to begin using the OTA bootloader? I'm imagining that the bootloader starts at memory location 0x00000000? How should IROM and IRAM change?

In addition to the soft device specification, there is a lot of information describing bootloader and related example projects in the new SDKs, for example here in the 7.2.0 SDK. The memory layout is described in this section. Also see the example project setups for applications with DFU support.

You may also find this thread useful with regard to programming sofdevice, application, bootloader and related application valid settings.
