SDK15.3.0 SD6.1.1 LL_LENGTH_REQ causing disconnects 2

The replies aren't showing in my original post and I can't add replies to it for some reason.

I added the full capture to the original post.  I want to check the LL_FEATURE_REQ from the remote device to see if it supports data packet length extension before sending the packet length request.  Is this possible?
