Power light is off and the port is not recognized.Whether the file of the chip is lost

Just re-apply the Interface MCU firmware from the DKs downloads page: Power-up the kit with the reset button pressed, then copy the firmware onto the newly opened drive.

What Turbo J is suggesting, is to drag and drop the Interface MCU firmware file, downloadable here , into the drive that opens when you power up the DK as described to enter the bootloader in the nRF52DK user guide in order to get the standard firmware back onto the debugger MCU.

I don't see what you're trying to achieve. are you trying to program the PCA10040 chip in the picture with another JLINK device? In that case, you have misunderstood. In order to restore the operation of your debug chip, you have to make it enter bootloader mode as described in Turbo J 's and my first replies. Also, you have not connected the cables as described in this picture correctly, the VDD should be shorted to the VTG pin, and the GND DETECT pin must be connected to ground on the board.
