Should I use s112 or s132 for 52810?

I use nordic 52810.

I am trying to use s112 and HW IIC but I got the compiling error: 

twi_hw_master.c:34:5: error: 'NRF_TWI1' undeclared (first use in this function)

It seems there is NO NRF_TW1 in the sdk_config.h and nrf52810.h.  Does the 52810 support NRF_TW1? Or just s112 doesn't support and I should use s132?

The NRF_TW1 is used in the SDK 16.0 library.

HI kfcube, 

the SoftDevice version only determines the BLE features that is supported. The hardware peripheral set of the IC itself is what determines which peripherals that can be used. 

You are correct that the nRF52810 does not have a TWI1 instance, see the nRF52810 Instantiation section in the nRF52810 Product Specification. Changing TWI instance number passed to  NRF_DRV_TWI_INSTANCE() macro from 1 to 0 should resolve the issue.

Is there other way to handle IIC than the deprecated twi_master folder under library?

We do have a TWI driver that should be fairly straightforward to use, see TWI Sensor Example. You'll find it in nRF5_SDK_16.0.0_684aa2c\integration\nrfx\legacy.

The nRF52810 supports the S132 v5.1.0 , see teh NRF52810 SDKs and SoftDevices compatibility matrix.
