Are there examples of HW and SW to allow Power Amp, LNA, and TX/RX switch to be connected to the nRF52840_DK?

Or can you tell me what PIN on the chip or connector and pin on dev board to use to drive the switch, LNA, and PA as the radio moves between transmit and receive?
