Mesh network between Thingy:52, nRF52832 DK and nRF MESH app.

Hi,

I had an experience with embedded programming but never with wireless technology. I am using Nordic SDK v16.0.0 and nRF Mesh SDK v4.0.0. 

Here is a short description of what I want to build?

Two Thingy devices as data generator from various sensors provisioned with Android application as Source and Sending data to nRF52832 Development Kit which is connected to Putty and Display data there.

Overall, Creating a Mesh network which takes data from source and sink. I am planning to replace the Android app with another development kit. 

After going through many various examples, I am kind of overwhelmed by all the example and now I am confused from where to get started?

If someone can guide me in the right direction, It would be a great help!!

Hi.

I can understand that you would get kind of overwhelmed in the beginning. If you don't have much experience beforehand, the learning curve can be quite steep. 

I would suggest that you start by taking a look at one of the examples in the nRF5 SDK for Mesh. The Light Switch example might be a good place to start. Playing with the example to get a feeling of how it all works could be a good idea. You can use the examples in the nRF5 SDK to get an idea of how you can create your application. 
Also, as you are working with the Thingy as well, we have a couple of Mesh examples for the Thingy on our GitHub.

If you want to replace the Android app (provisioner) with another development kit, we have the static provisioner example as a part of the Light Switch examples.

Also, as you are new to BLE Mesh you could take a look at these blog-posts from BT SIG. I found them to be quite useful when I first started working with BLE Mesh.
