Need some more detailed information here to be of any use. Also try to narrow down the issue to one problem for each  devzone case, you current description seems to mention multiple problems (max3003, gpiote and ecg).

I tried to interface max30003 with nrf using spi...using gpiote the first interupt is generated then it doesnt work
