Example/reference Bluetooth mesh application project with source code for Windows

I am developing a proprietary test system that will use Bluetooth mesh and am evaluating BT mesh solutions.  An important consideration is the available support for a windows PC based host application that I can use as a starting point for my host development.  I have not been able to find such a project on the Nordic site.  Your competitors such as Cypress do have example/reference projects.  Do you have a project like this?

I'm afraid we don't have any example / reference projects for Windows. 

You can take a look at the nRF5 SDK for Mesh v4.0.0: Interactive PyACI script 

We also have the nRF Mesh app for smartphone. 
"The nRF Mesh apps enables you to provision, configure and control Bluetooth mesh networks. They demonstrate a subset of the capabilities of the nRF Mesh open source libraries. Nordic has created these apps to bring the natural benefits of using a smart phone in Bluetooth mesh setup and control activities."
