multilink max connections

hi,

i want to connect 18 peripherals to a central. if iam changing NRF_SDH_BLE_CENTRAL_LINK_COUNT and NRF_SDH_BLE_TOTAL_LINK_COUNT more than 8, all peripherals stop pairing with central.i have already raised a ticket,i followed it but not working.
