Characteristic And Data Not Displayed Despite Being Initialised

Hi everyone! I am using the STM32L4xx Sensortile to transmit accelerometer data from the Sensortile Acceleromter. The characteristics of other functions are shown on the nRF Connect Mobile App, but the accelerometer data & characteristics are not displayed. The sample code is taken from the ST official website. No changes were made to the codes. However, through another application, ST BLE Sensor application, the accelerometer was shown working fine. There is no hardware issues on the Sensortile board. May i know why does the characteristics and data not displayed?

 There's your problem. We do not support ST, this is Nordic Semiconductor. I suggest looking the at Nordic Thingy:52
