Creating invitation of provisioning process, getting started

Hello.

I try to provision Thingy52 in according with this document.

Can someone help me to create aray byte of invitation please?

In this case we have:
Transaction start PDU

Transaction ACK PDU

Transaction continuation PDU

Provisioning bearer control

Witch one should be Generic Provisioning Control and witch one Generic provisionong Payload?

How are you trying to provision the device?

I suggest that you take a look at how this is done in the provisioning example  in our nRF5 SDK for Mesh.
