How to use AT command to launch tx and rx rate, how to connect nRF9160 hardware.

Dear all,

I don’t know how to use AT commands, what tools do I need, and how do I connect on the hardware?

I want to use uart for communication and transmit TX, and then look at it on the spectrum analyzer, but I won't connect the hardware.

Please see the Getting Started with nRF9160 DK, nRF Connect LTE Link Monitor and the nRF91 AT Commands Reference Guide for the AT commands that are supported by the modem in nRF91 Series devices.
