9160DK Can't update modem firmware on MacOS - WSOD

Hi,

I'm working on MacOS 10.14.6 and I'm having trouble with the Programmer app in nrf Connect.

I have installed the Jlink driver successfully (v6.60a), but when I select my board (it's a 0.9.0 nrf9160 DK) in the Programmer app, it immediately shows a white screen with no error message.

Is this a known issue, or a problem someone has experienced before and solved?

What happens if you press cmd+r?

What version of nRF Connect do you use?

From the release notes of nRF Connect v3.3.0, it uses JLink 6.54c. Could you try to downgrade, and see if that solves your problem?

Yep - downgrading to JLink 6.54c fixed it, thanks!

To answer your questions:

cmd+r: the Programmer app goes back to it's initial state, where it is waiting for me to select a device
