nRF52832 Requirement for value of thermal resistance

Dear Sir,

I am Takahisa Mizuta at New Cosmos Electric.co,LTD in Japan.

I would like to get to know the information about nRF52832 which is max value of thermal resistance.

I have already know the value is very low.however I need the value for our product evaluation to find Max surface temperature.

    We do not have a lot of documentation on this because for Ultra-Low Power application -

    Tj (junction temperature) ~= Tc (case temperature) = Tambient (ambient temperature).

    Some quick characterization for nRF52832 resulted in Ta = 85°C, Tj < 90°C, thermal power dissipation was 0.21 W.
