nRF5340 Development Without Zephyr

Our organization is evaluating nRF5340 for future connected products. We are working with a proprietary OS and using the Zephyr RTOS on the Application core is not a viable option for us. (Using the Zephyr BLE Controller on the Network core is viable.)

What options will be available for Bluetooth Low Energy development without Zephyr on nRF5340? In other words, what RTOS-agnostic BLE host stacks will be available for the nRF5340?

In general, will there be completely "Zephyrless" drivers and libraries available for the nRF53 series?
