JLink stops after 24 days

On the development boards, the JLink OB stops working after 24 days and needs to be disconnected to work again.

This affects at least the USB UART endpoint, but possible also the SWD endpoint.

is this something that you are aware of as a bug or such from Segger?

Hi,

I am not aware of anything in specific. However I do believe we are using https://www.yepkit.com/products/ykush in our own test rig, so this is also something you may consider. Or if you are logging continuously for weeks you may also consider using an FTDI solution for UART.

We have registered a bug report with Segger. Would be great if Nordic could register it too, as that would give greater impact.

Just got notice from Segger that this will be resolved in the next firmware release for the JLink-OB
